Do you accept insurance?
Super bills are submitted by you and may be covered by insurance as an out of network provider. Super bills will be generated the 1st of each month and be sent within 7 days of the first of the month.
You will be provided a super bill and initial evaluation. Upon request other records.
When are payments due?
All payments are due at the time of service.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards, Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, and cash are accepted.
